We proudly offer a Free Lifetime Replacement Guarantee for our hair clips in the rare event that they break due to a manufacturing defect or normal usage.

Please note:

• This guarantee only applies to clips that break through no fault of the customer.

• To qualify for a replacement, the product must be returned to us for inspection.

• Once inspected, we will determine if the damage qualifies under our warranty.

• If the damage is found to be due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors outside of normal use, the replacement guarantee will not apply.
